Lone Star College-Kingwood hosts the Historically Black College and Universities' Yard fest to celebrate the end of Black history month. Sororities and fraternities from local areas came to Lone Star to participate in the Greek Stroll Off held on February 27th in the Studnet Conference Center.

Spring Semester’s Welcome Back to the Pack
Student life put on the event Weclome Back to the Pack during the first Thursday of the spring semester. This event gives away free food and some clubs will come to join the event. Kurt Oefinger is the chief from Dirt Road Cookers who made an eight-foot pizza for the event.

Coyotes Remain Undefeated Against the Hurricanes
Lone Star College- Kingwood Coyotes against the Lone Star College- North Harris Hurricanes for a basketball game. The Coyotes are undefeated before and after this game occurred. The game ended with Kingwood Coyotes scoring 68 points and the North Harris Hurricanes scoring 43 points.
Halloween Bash 2019
The Poetry, Music and Songwriting club hosts a spooky Halloween bash for the students. Events include a Halloween costume contest, free pizza, and a talent show. Students and faculty took the Halloween spirit to heart and dressed up in horrifying and dazzling costumes such as Día de los Muertos, pirates, and scientific witches.
